EDS Stacks consist of multiple beds of ion exchange material sandwiched between charged membrane walls and open channels between two electrodes
Anion membrane only allows negatively charged anions to permeate, cation membrane allows only positively charged cations to permeate.
EDS is a continuous demineralization process with a 90% recovery rate or more.
